Question about the AutoLock
OK i've had big problems with the damn theives around my way, and was thinking about purchasing an autolock, to use in addition to my alarm. I figure more protection can't hurt. I've read the post about the device that breaks these, but hopefully not many have them.. but I'm wondering if the key lock is really that foolproof. Can they just pick it, or use a key from another autolock?
thanks
thanks
Autolock keys are all different. Atleast that's how the 30+ ones I had were....
Nothing is ever full-proof against theives. All you're trying to do is buy time with any anti-theft device. An Autolock will do just that and hopefully that extra time will deter a theif away from your car.

well, the autoloc is dope...dont get me wrong, there may be possible ways to break it, but damn, my red 00 Si got jacked the day i was going to get an autoloc.
but now my new civic 00 has the autoloc and ive got would be theives trying to steal my car, but no luck for them..that thing saves lots of cars!

Cool, I kinda figured they would be different. I had read a post a while back where the guy had a club, and autolock, and that was a pretty good deterent. so i think i'm going with that combo too. I'm definitely getting an extra set of wheel locks too once my rims go on. It sucks that peice of **** little thieves out there drive us to these extremes
thanks
