Default Vaccum Line Help!!!

There is to much heat in my engine bay and im wanting to run stainless lines for my vaccum lines from my turbo to wastegate to boost controller. Im currently just using rubber line. Im wondering what fittings are needed for a tial 44mm wastegate and a precision e housing and what size line is needed to make this work. Thanks for the help

Use -4an lines. The fittings you would need for the Tial wastegate/bov are "Aeroquip FBM2239" -4 to 10mm x 1.0. from there you need your fittings that connect to your lines.

Here are the fittings i used for my BOV line.

I used aeroquip pushlock -4an hose. But for wastegate's i'd use something more heat resistant.

Definitely use Aeroquip for the wastegate-to-AN fittings, the Earl's equivalent has a longer M10,1.0 threaded section and rubs the diaphragm.

I would suggest running -6 AN atleast for the BOV, I figured -4 would be fine, and I was getting slight surge. Tial calls for a 6mm ID minimum for vacuum supply, and -4AN works out to 6.35mm or something, but just my experience.

I know fast-turbo used to offer two kits for that one was stainless and the other was a vinyl pushlock style setup.the pushlock was like like eight bucks per line including the fittings and the other kit was called the muckman kit after a member on here and that was 25-28 dollars.
