Default HELP PLEASE!!! Timing problem or spark plugs or cams or what!? help?

I went for a drive and while Im driving in 4th it starts bogging sounding like its miss firing or something. So I go right back home and on the way on a couple corners it dies. At idle it will every once in a while bog and act like it will die. What could this be and how could I fix it?

Its a turbo b18 by the way.

Thanks!

Would a stock fuel pump running on a turbo 340whp car cause this? That might be it.

Yeah I really dont even know what pump it is running on. It might be the stock fuel pump. I just bought the car so I dont know. If they were running stock then that is just stupid.
