Default I need help with my swap

So I have a 1988 Crx Si and I am swapping in a B18B1 engine from a 1994 integra the car is still complete ( it was in a front end accident and is a write off). So basicly whats happened so far is I purchased the efb2 kit from hasport because it has a hydro trans, and from what I've gathered I can get a jumper harness to work with the stock ecu plug and also a jumper harness for the distributer.
I'm not sure if I just have to shorten the integra shift linkage or make a hybrid of the two from the crx and integra?
Also can I use the integra axels in the crx si hubs?
Thank you

The integra axles will work with your hubs, and you can get your jumper harness and everything from http://www.rywire.com. Hasport sells shift linkages, but i have read you can use DA linkages if you shorten them like 2 3/4"
