Where the red arrow is pointing, I routed the way it shows on the diagram but what do you guys use to clamp down the tiny nipple hose? I used zip ties but its not strong enough, still drips antifreeze every second when car is running. Any suggestions please!!

Easy, use a bolt and screw it in there.

lol, I'm lazy but it worked for me.

 

screw clamp maybe?

and tape over the rest to make sure nothing drips further.

Screw inside of it, so nothing leaks not even a drip?

 

can can pick up a rubber plug from any auto parts store and tighten it down with a hose clamp.

 

Do they make hose clamp that size? I mean the dia of the vacuum nipple is probably 1/4 diameter.

 

yea they make them pretty small, but if you cant find one, get one of those metal ties(just like plastic zip ties, just made of steel) you can find them at home depot alongside zip ties
