how do i stop the bolt on the bottom of the spindle to stop moving
how do i get the bolt on the bottom of the spindle to stop moving..... everytime i try to tighten the screw the bolt jus moves

Are you using a torque wrench and torquing to only the correct specification? You don't want to over-do it and have that ball-joint break off later down the road.

You can use a c-clamp or place a jack under the control arm so that it puts load on the balljoint to keep it from turning. I'd also spray the balljoint stud and the nut with some wd40. It always makes it go on easier.
thats what i do on the lca.
It should work on the UCA balljoint too shouldnt it ? It should load the whole suspension when you put the jack under it.
