No Brake Lights No horn - God bless Honda tech for the EASIEST FIX EVER
I searched.. read.. and went out to my car and VOILA main fuse box..
changed it.. and bam everything works!
BIG LOVE FOR ALL OF YOU WHO HELP EVERYONE ON HERE! It saves big big money and time!

But it seems pretty weird that people (not you, you searched) come on HT to post a problem just to figure out that checking the fuses might be a start.
