NEW FAQ'S INDEX - '92-'00 CIVIC / DEL SOL - checked in here as well but nothing
I'm just trying to figure out how to either remove the dash (not the dash board) or remove the deck so I can put my deck in there

it is a large pain in the ***....
take out the trim that goes around your cluster
there will be a screw behind your clock and two above the instrument cluster
pop out the hazard switch
remove your optional audio console
take out your radio
then the climate control is held in by two screws I think (it's been awhile since I've done this)
the hardest part is removing the connectors from the back.
you will also need to disconnect the cable that goes to the heater control.
I hope you have small hands
pm me if you have any problems and I can help out

those are instructions for removing the climate control... if you are just wanting to remove the radio then it's easy.
just take off the lower audio console and use the tools that came with the deck that go on the sides to pull it out.
Unhook the antenna and wiring harness and you are set.

I got that part, however, the picture above is not my car, i just found it in a/c forum so i could show a pic of what i was talking about.. (i didn't want people to confuse it with the whole dashboard itself). I still have the factory radio it... and having taken a look really quick, here is a pic!
