I searched through several threads and can't find what i'm looking for. I don't have a lower timing belt cover (I know stupid ) but need to know if there is any other marks on the block to set timing.

I once saw a pic of somebody that made their own pointer because they had the same problem, just couldn't find it.

 

yes there is an arrow on the oil pump and a mark on the timing gear to line tdc, but is only good for timing belt installs and would not be able to see to adjust for timing adjusting. my suggestion is to replace the lower timing cover.
