although the track is technical and "small" (similar to Tsukuba), it's home to a few Canada National Superbike events. with the organizers setting up chicanes in both front and back straights, it really narrowed down the gap between powerful and lesser cars

the turn out was good - there were a host of Miatas, ITRs (6 of them), S2000s and other misc GTIs, RX8s etc.

despite being my first time at this track, i ended up with the FTD at 1:13.xxx, leading many to believe that i've been secretly practicing the course at night

although most of the guys ran RE01Rs/RA1s/RT615s, i'll be going back to RT615s (street tire class) for the upcoming time attack on June 3, where i'll be more competitive since RE01Rs are considered "race" tires. i don't want to be running against guys on hoosiers or victoracers

i'll keep you guys updated on the upcoming events

Nuff said. Short track. I do believe in Miata's, especially Spec Miata's. But that track is too short to see the Z06' true potential. Regardless of it all, I do enjoy your pictures.
