Clutch Master Cylinder - symptoms??? HELP!
This morning I started noticing that the clutch pedal wanted to stick at the bottom when I pushed it in. On the way home, 3rd, 4th and 5th gears were kinda hard to get into. Then when I got home, pulling into my drive in 1st gear, the car would just kinda lurch. Anyone ever have the master cylinder go out on them and if so, are these symptoms indicative of failure?

one of the most common signs is leaking. Take a look at the fire wall, on BOTH sides. Look down in the engine bay so see if you see any obvious leak, and then take a look under the dash around the clutch pedal. Mine is leaking there (the carpet is stained). The most obvious, non-visual, symptom for me was the fact that the clutch pedal squeaks near the bottom of its travel range...

Check above the floorboard where the CMC comes through the firewall, to see if you have any leakage. Also check the boot on the slave cylinder to verify that isn't leaking. I've seen leaks occur on both ends, and both are fairly easy to replace. Sounds like your loosing fluid, and your slave cylinder isn't engaging the clutch all the way, which can result in crunches, poor or failed gear engagements. After a time, you will loose your clutch all together. My brother had to carry a bottle of brake fluid around for a while to keep his CMC resoivoir (sp?) full, till I could replace his slave cylinder, which was failing.
the gromet at the firewall inside the car is slightly wet. Oddly the resevoir is FULL so I'm not sure where to go from here. Ideas?
