Default can you reuse b16 head used on lsvtec

basically what the title says i have an ls/vtec setup right now and i'm having problems the vtec (oil pressure problem i think). my friend just got an s2k so he said he'd let me get his gsr motor if i wanted, and basically what i wanted to do was a poormans type r i already have the type r cams and intake manifold in my ls vtec and just wanted to throw my b16 head on his gsr block and was wondering if i would have problems with this because of the head being tapped.

And plugging the port on the back again?

Did you use GE relocation studs or did you drill for the dowels?

What male piece are you talking about? It's a simple thread, it'll back right out unless you used loctite 262 or something stronger.
