Default neo motor oil

has anyone ever used NEO motor oil? or any experience with it?
cause i used to use it in my rx7 and it ran great also with the trans shifted like butter
but once i change the oil in my b20 swap it ran sluggish.
not sure what the problem is. but i can feel the power loss
compared to the regular mineral oil

any input would be great

What weight did you use in your B20? Honda recommends 5w20 (previously 5w30) for all seasons, all temperature ranges, and for the life of the vehicle.

I think the problem is bigger than oil. 10w30 synthetic weight should not be out preformed by conventional oil. just try like an amsoil 5/30 or something thats great oil and if its still sluggish then try a fuel system cleaning service to clean out all the carbon from your motor etc had could be causing your motor to be sluggish ( seafoam, etc. )
