hey you guys know how theres the fan switch on hondas.. " 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 " and 4 is the strongest blower...? haha well yeah. whatever that is, my fourth one only works. 1-2-3 doesnt do anything, do you guys know what the problem could be? i dont wanna BLAST ac... just kinda wanna chill with it

 

There is a resistor that allows the fan to work as various speeds. Let's not put the cart before the horse and point to the resistor first. Has this just starting happening or has it been like this since you got the car? If someone has messed with the wiring in any way and left something unplugged the fan will only work on high (4). You'll need some schematics and time to figure this out.

 

Yeah check the resistor first, The #4 setting dosn't go thru the resistor so that would explain why 4 would work and not 1 2 or 3.

 

i bought the car like that... it wasnt a big deal to me then.. its not really a big deal now.. just kinda want the best of my car and get it fixed. if it is the resistor, where is that, and how am i suppose to fix it

 

Try Haynes manual from Pep-poys or if you're brave there is the Helms from your local Honda dealer $$$
