I have a stock b18c1 in my 93 EJ with turbo set at 9 psi. with a p28 ECU,
I got the 5 bar aem map sensor new really cheap from a friend of mine im not going to be at extreme boost I just got it because I needed a sensor that would read boost.
My problem is that i made a custom bracket for it and it didn't had any leaks. But when I turn on the engine it idles fine but when i tap the gas the engine shakes and then dies. then it starts right away again but does the same when I press the gas pedal.
Is there something I did wrong please help

the ecu has to be programmed to read the new band say on a stock map sensor that 2v is 15in of vaccum but on the aem sensor 2v may be 10psi so the computer cant accurtally spray the right amount of fuel cause it has no idea how much air is really coming in, it still thinks it is looking at a stock map sensor.

Hondata s300, aem standalone, greddy e-manage. any one of these can be configured to read and understand the 5 bar map
