has anyone replaced their power window motor before
my driver side window wont roll down, so i took off my door panel and checked the switch which seemed to be okay, i also checked the fuse which was okay, so i guess i need a new power window motor for my driver side window...i was wondering if i could get some help from ht...the questions i have are:
1. how hard is it to replace the window motor and what do i have to do? is it just the four bolts holding it on the door panel that hold the motor in place? what else is connected to the motor?
2. where is the best place i can find a power window motor online?
thanks for your help

its not hard to replace, its 4 bolts and one connector. the best one ive used has to be the factory honda one if u can find a good used one great, dont really trust the quality of a aftermarket motor. good luck.
i replaced mine about 2 years ago, its super easy, its pretty self explanitory once you get the pnael off etc, you gotta remove the track and the motor is attached to the track, but the track does hold the window up, theres 2 little tabs on the bottom of the window that attaches to the track, there kinda glued/stickied on, be carefull pulling it off the window
and remember when you reinstall dont forget to re glue the window back onto the attachment points on the track or it will fall out of the track when you rol the window down

Yea , me and Joel( sheekdude) Fixed My window in a mall parking lot !!
I put the motor on myself the day before , and i guess either I did it wrong , ( i don't think so )
OR the bolts backed out .
Either way , Joel basically did it again the day after because hes the man , and my hands were all messed up from doing it the day before , and hes the man
I think there's one spot that has a certain size bolt there , and the rest are different , and that's why it backed out on me , I believe .
Basically just be careful with which bolts go where .
It is a pain in the *** To get the the window in the slot correctly , but when it is , you will know its in right , that's all i really remember .
