gsr build. help a noobie out

Default gsr build. help a noobie out

This is my first time doing up a build up and i just wanted some feedback. Not doing anything to crazy but i just wanted some opinions or any corrections to what i have planned.

ctr cams
itr valvetrain
itr exhaust/intake valves (probably wont make a difference but might as well as i got it with the itr valvetrain for free)
aem v2 cold air intake
skunk2 pro intake manifold
jdm itr 4-1 header
magnaflow highflow cat
apexi ws2 catback

Would adding itr pistons make a big difference? And what numbers would i be producing around? i dont expect much as this is my first build and its nothing crazy becuase its my daily driver.

If theres anything else i need to know im open to all advice

Do a compression test, and if the numbers are good, then leave the block alone, build your head, bolt ons, get a tune and call it a day. The added bump in CR isn't worth the headache of pulling the motor and the cost of building the block just to get a couple of HP.

I would go with a different header/exhaust setup, but thats just me.

yea. but i already have the apexi ws2 and the jdm itr 4-1 header on me. i might be able to get a different header though. Probably the hytech replica. As for the exhaust, i chose the apexi ws2 because a lot of cops have already been giving me sh*t and i don't wanna go through all the trouble of adding more on to their list.
