Default haveing over heating problem with sleeved gsr block

so here is my problem i drive and my motor starts over heating brand new block i was breaking it in. so i can put turbo on when i hit 1500 miles before when i first put together the motor ran awsome for 1000 miles and then starts overheating and i heep blowing top hoes i checked thermo stat and checked fan swith turns on i dont know what problem is plzzzzz help me i need to final turbo my car i hope my block is okay =[.

is it burning coolant? any milkyness in oil?

i would say when start the car for like 30 seconds the car blows white smoke out exaust and then it wont blow any thing. sum time the car will run all day good but its once i floor it. and sum times i dont have to floor it and i blow the top hoes

and the oil is okay i checked that stuff and no oil in coolent
