Default bov location/backdoor/relocating w/o retune?

Hello all,

I recently picked up a car that is boosted and have a few questions about the bov that I couldn't seem to find the answers to in the FI FAQ thread or any other. Motor setup is:

Bottom:
00 Si B16A2
81.5MM
8.5:1 Ross Racing Pistons and Rings
Eagle H beam rods w/ big ARP rod bolts
Golden Eagle block guard
ARP Head studs

Top:
b16 head Brian Crower stage 2 boost cams
DPR Pure Tuning Springs and Retainers
New valvstem seals and head has gone through a machine shop less then 5k on head.
Skunk 2 intake mani New

Turbo:
Greddy front mount
HKS ssqv
Garret 50 Trim
Ram Horn Manifold
Tial 38mm running open dump
2.5 to 3in DP running open DP

Currently the bov is mounted in the bumper right behind where the driver's side fog light would be (car is 99 hatch) on the piping, not actually on the intercooler as the backdoor setups I've seen appear to be.

I have 3 questions:
1.) would the bov function in this location?
2.) would it be beneficial to move the bov to the typical location inbetween the IC and TB on the cold side?
3.) if it would be beneficial, would I be able to move it w/o a retune without any issues?

I'm looking for this info because I need to have some adjustments made to the charge piping anyway because it's not sitting right and it's not letting my bumper cover sit flush the way it is right now and I figured if I'm already going to have somebody cutting and rewelding the piping I might as well have him relocated the flange and bov too.

it doesn't matter where you put it, it won't affect anything.
