memoryfab intake questions
I have 2 question regarding a memoryfab intake I just picked up.
1. What are you guys using to fill in this extra hole in the intake?

2. What are you replacing the coolant line with (the lower one on the metal feeder)?

When I installed my AEM SRI I just went to home depot and got a coupling type fitting and connected the two coolant lines together and removed that metal piece completely.
Basically its the 1st fitting on this page http://www.plumbingsupply.com/barb.html and I think the size you need is 3/8"
for tha first one you could also use a 3/8" i forgot what theyre called but theyre basically rubber foot things for tables and what not. and it'll go over tha little tube. you can get it at home depot theyre tan and come in a pack of 4
o and for tha second one, when you open tha coolant lines nothing will anything come out? and you post a picture of tha cupling you used?

Thanks, I found the coupling at Home Dept in the plumbing section (they were hidden behind a ladder). I just used the clamps that clamped the hoses to the metal feeder (which was deleted) to clamp the hoses do the coupling. I don't have a pic but it's the same as the one that was given in the link above. I guess I'll just stick with my electrical tape for now for the hole on the back since I threw the tube out. I just wish I could find a rubber grommet for it. Oh well. Thanks again for all the help guys
Here's what it looks like.
It's a pain to install but once it's in it's nice and tight.

Very little will spill out unless you turn the tubes upside down and let them drain. but when I did mine only a couple drops of coolant came out.
I took the "S" hose off to make it easier to install the coupling so coolant came out. Not a lot, just what was in the hoses. I turned the car on after installing (with clamps on the coupling) and could hear the coolant rushing back into the hose. My idle was bouncy for a little bit, but once the coolant loop is back to normal you should be good to go.
