whirring noise... water pump?

whirring noise... water pump?

If you heard what could be described as a whirring noise, that changes pitch with RPM, would you say its the water pump or a mis-adjusted tension on the belt?

The water pump is new from Honda.

The water pump makes a whirgurgling (

) sound instead of just a whirrling sound.Check your belts.
