HELP!!! A/C compressor

my 97 prelude's a/cc compressor making noise....but still cold. when the compressor runs, my idle go very low(500rpm). is there is oil inside the compressor that i can refill?

the compressor has a clutch, and its likely going bad. i cant say for sure but thats my guess. lubrication of any refrigeration system is usually in the refrigerant itself.

you could , but it wont be worth it. just replace the whole unit. theres troubleshooting and all the required procedures in the Helmes manual. if you dont have one, get one.
