daytime running lights?
i was wondering if the s2000's that are down in the states come equipped with daytime running lights. i live in ontario canada and am planning on bringing one up here. with our regulations, they have to be equipped. If they arent on them, are the cars already pre-wired for it, so i would just have to get a DRL module, plug it in and go?
thanks for your help

I imported mine also from the states.
THere is no need for a DRL module. I can recommend a shop in TO to wire the parking ambers and that is sufficient to pass RIV. After that, you can choose to switch back or leave as is.

I lost their biz card but above is their directory page. Ask for Leonard.
I paid $80 or so.
The only other things you need are to do an emissions test and a safety prior to going to Canadian Tire for the RIV inspection.

thanks for that site. when i get the car, i'll definetly talk to them. how do you like it with the ambers on for drl's (looks/function)? did you keep it that way or switch back?

No prob. I actually like the look although it is only the parking ambers that are on so it is not overly noticeable in bright light. I think I'll leave it this way to increase visibility in low light conditions.
