I don't know anything about Yonaka, but I would think aftermarket is better. My friend has a C&R and it didn't have a drain plug.

Yeah, I do plan on getting an aftermarket rad. The main reason I looking at the Yonaka one is it come w/ a lifetime warranty. Most others I've looked at have a 1 or 3 year.

go for a mishimoto. you can find them on h-t for around 200 beans shipped. pretty good quality. tis what i went for with my teg when my OEM one took a dump.

Thanks for the advice fellas.
I have heard good things about Mishimoto rads. I was looking into the yonaka one because I like the fact it comes w/ a lifetime warranty.

Back from the dead but dude disnt write a review. I ordered a yonaka half rad with shroud and fan for 150 shipped. I received it in a nice box with lot of padding. All fins were nice and straight welds looked good and seemed like really good quality. Put on my teg that is turbo charged. so far no complaints fit nice looks good and havnt had any temp issues. I def recommend.

Certainly doesn't hurt to add your own experiences even if it's an old thread. Someone may need the info one day. Personally I like fluidyne, I've always had good experiences with there products, whether it be a radiator or an oil cooler. Second choice would be Koyo. Third choice would be mishimoto, just be prepared to replace the rad cap if you go for a mishimoto.

Check out PWR radiators. They use thicker aluminum than koyo and fluidyne I think. I've had mine for about 10 years. Cools super good. when my thermostat stuck open my temp gauge would peg cold when I was on the freeway.

Misimoto BWR or skunk2 Yonaka is known as a knock off brand ppl tend to like their exhausts and mounts but that's it. I have a Full BWR one on my track car with dual fans(overkill on a DD). keeps the car cool and happy even after a hard day in the heat.
