what should my idle fuel pressure be
Well, if you had a 88-91 CRX Si it would be 36psi with the vacuum line disconnect when warmed up and 28 or so with full idle vacuum.
Assuming you have a teg, i think it is 10 psi higher than that at both points (46 and 38). Someone confirm.
Either way, make sure the pressure drops when you apply vacuum or you aren't bypassing enough fuel.
