Default Electricity problem in 2001 Civic

Hello all.

I bought a 2001 Civic two days ago.
My agreement with the seller was that he takes off the audio system from the car. That included the radiodisc unit, the front speakers and the amplifier.
After he took off the system, everything worked fine.
Yesterday I noticed that when I switch on the alarm system, the windows go up but the doors do not close. The central door lock system works only when the engine is working and I push the drivers door lock button.

Another thing:
I wanted to mount my radiodisc unit and while checking the wires, noticed that the memory wire (yellow) that is supposed to be constant +12V is dead - no voltage there. The red wire (+12V after switch) is working fine.

What might be the problem ? Which fuses should I check ?

Thanks.

What's a radiodisc unit! In the faq section you can find a wiring diagram for the factory alarm wiring harness for the em2. I would check it out.
