Which ECU with B16A2 Motor in 96 Civic?
If you are willing to convert to OBD1 I stock chipped P28 ECUs that will run your setup real well.
I can make you the harness you need to convert to OBD1.
A lot of other users on this board are running my ECU and are quite happy with it.
Email me if you are interested. Thanks.

If you dont want to deal with all that ecu chipping stuff and want to stay obd2, get either a jdm p30 or jdm p73 ecu.
p73 is from the JDM ITR
i hope you mean a REAL B16a2. not a jdm motor.
like b16a2 from the 99+ si
then just get that ecu. will save you alot of headaches.

yeah, I have a 2000 SI B16A2 motor. hope you guys know that the 99-00 SI ECU doesn't plug into my harness. I tried but it won't fit. I'm using a GSR OBDII ECU right now.
Get an obd2 b16a ecu from either a jdm or usdm car. Jdm for less hassle with o2 and ckf sensor. Or you can run any jdm itr ecu or a 97-98 usdm itr ecu. Unless you want to go obd1, get an ecu jumper. We cant spoon feed you information on what to do, its your car, you have plenty of choices.

are jedi master bullshit?
jdm/usdm plugs are the same, and they have OBD over there its just no emission controls
