I did a swap in my friends 90 crx, just swapped in another stock sohc motor. Put everything together and it'll crank over but wont start up. I didnt hear the main relay click on or the fuel pump prime, so I took the main relay out and tested it using these steps...

...everything tested out good. So now it looks like I have some kind of wiring issue. I used the same engine harness and pretty much left everything the same. Anyone have any ideas what to check next? Like how can I check if there's power even getting to the relay?

just use a test light and probe the wires to see if it has power.. check the ground wire on the thermostat housing.. it can cause that..
