I have a 2008 Honda accord that went in to the shop because the air conditioner freezes up and blows warm air. After the dealership checked it out, they responded that system checked out fine and that under some humid conditions, this is normal. I live in Arkansas for cryin out loud! It's always humid here. They went as far as saying that they got this info from Honda hqtrs and told me of a little trick to avoid this. It's a new car, I don't want to have to remember tricks just to get my A/C working properly. It just doesn't sound right that a system that freezes up is normal.......anybody got any suggestions?

wrong section but what do you mean by freezes up?

i'd file a complaint with honda. you have a new car...everything is under warranty. its not normal for a new car to be blowing warm a/c and for you to have to do tricks.
