my son has a 90 civic hatch back car starts fine and after 10 mins it dies and won't start i have to wait about an hour before it starts again i changed fuel pump main relay plugs fuel filter and still have the same problem

 

its probably the ignition module in the distributor, when they go out they usually work fine cold but when they get hot after awhile they crap out, when they cool off they will work again, you might want to just look for a whole spare distributor in the junkyard, or you can snag the module from pretty much any honda distributor . civic accord integra pretty much any 4 cylinder they should be swappable

 

check the main relay too.
