Default Help me diagnose this noise!

As of last night, my 00 LS started making this faint "whump-whump-whump" sound only under very specific conditions:

-Car MUST be in gear
-Only when I am maintaining speed or letting off the gas completely
-Brakes are not engaged at all
-At or above 25ish mph

The sound seems to be coming from the driver's side front wheel, and I can feel a slight vibration from the deadpedal.

Ideas? Hopefully it's a quick easy fix! It just happened out of nowhere!
