Default whats a good cam

i dont know if i should run a ctr cam or go aftermarket?i was thinking skunk2 pro cams or ctr

Since you're new, I'll go easy on you. You really should stay away from making extremely vague post. Put as much detail into your post as possible, such as: motor, budget, current mods, future mods, power goal, intended use of the car, etc.
For a daily driver, CTR cams aren't bad for a mild 1.8L build with just bolt ons. But if you go higher compression, or get some head work, bolt ons, etc, S2 Pro 1's are a better choice.
