My friend gave me a aem cold air intake (92-95) but it doesnt have a filter and i was wondering if anyone has the measurements for the filter so i can get a new one. O and its a 1 piece.

 

find a tape measure and measure the opening ( pipe size) and go by that if its to big the new one you get that is just clamp the **** out of it

 

Just take it in to Autozone, Schucks, Napa ect.. and find one that fits. Best of luck and be careful of puddles and heavy rain.

 

cut it in half an make it short ram for rainy season.. than just throw a bypass filter on there an reconnect... than you have a one of a kind two-in-one AEM intake, sounds like a good idea huh..?? "it is a good idea, i did it and it worked great"... at least like 5 years ago it did haha...

 

just wondering if anyone has one on there car and knows what the measurments are on the filter?

 

3" diameter but im pretty sure the actual size u need is like 2 3/4 or 2.5"... just measure it dude, take a tape measure and just lay it across the inlet, point A to point B is the size u need, just measure the inner diameter tho, not the outer...
