Default Does honda continue to make parts for its older cars?

If I were to get into a really bad accident, I take my '80 civic to the dealership and tell them to bring it back to brand new specifications, would they be able to do so? Regardless of cost and how stupid it would be, what exactly would the dealership do? Is honda capable of fabricating old parts for its cars? Or would the dealership have to go to a junkyard in order to fix the car? If this wouldn't work on a car from 1980, would this work on a car from 1995?

Some parts from certain years are still produced or are in larger quantity due to the nature of their wear-period.
