a buddy of mine has been little by little gathering parts for his all motor build. earlier today he sent me a list of what all he has and asked me what else he needed to finish his motor build.

The motor will be going in a 99-00 civic si with the original motor still in it. now my question is, what else does he need to purchase? also what about miscelaneous bolts? should he purchase all of them new or re-use some of the old ones?
