i have a 94 rs integra and once car starts it will idle for a few minutes then it will sound like it is sputtering. when pressing on gas it will bog down. have replaced spark plugs, map sensor, tps, new wires, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, have cleaned injectors. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Airfilter?

 

Have you tried adjusting the idle? Do your hear any vacumm leaks while the car is on and before it shuts off?

Might also want to check the dizzy, See if the rotor is in the right position, check timing.

Was the car just sitting for a while or did anything happen before the car started doing this?

 

car was sitting for a while my brother thinks timing is off. when engine starts engine sounds strong but after a few minutes that is when sputtering starts almost as if it were misfiring.

 

ok well in that case i would suggest a compression test to make sure everything is ok, and then adjust the timing. See if that helps you out!!

 

that happend to my buddies civic and he replaced the distributor and it fixed it no problem, he was also having other syptoms of distributor failure tho. just an idea.
