Default heres a thinker.....

Heres the delema guys , when at hot import nights yesterday I spoke with steph and Greg of AEM fame . I was asking Greg if I should or shouldnt go methanol on my current setup and he said that I should . Just a break down I told greg the parts that I was running and it happened to be the same setup as Stephs . He told me that I should just go ahead and make the change to this motor instead of my spare one . He said the tunning is much easier and gives you room for more error .
tell me what I should do cause this is killing me thanks-Pdang

Viren if i decide to run methanol now hope you have another set of 1600's
also do you need to weld new bungs in for the bosch injectors ?

I've been wondering what you should do about your set-up all day, too. C'mon man, isn't this a "what kit?" question on the next level?

I'd say methanol just to be cool like that, though.

Stay gas. Everyone is jumping on the wagon now with methanol. Make the same power on gas, it's can be done. You can get gas to around 700 hp to the wheels on 83mm pistons. I can't imagine running more then 700 hp to the wheels. But then again i guess people are hp hungry.

Thanks for the help guys the only reason I would make the jump on this motor instead of my spare is the tunning capaabilites . Greg says that I have a larger margine for error due to the fact that your motor is running cooler on methanol I would only be looking at boosting my motor no more than 5lbs more than what I was originally planned on for regular c123 . Gmedalion what was your reason for making the jump ? Also methanol is alot cheaper to buy than race fuel . aaa grade -Pdang
