Default OT: Big Thanks to Carbonetic/Across USA (great customer service)

I just wanted to share a wonderful customer service experience I had recently with Carbonetic/Across USA. For those of you who dont know, Across USA is the company that now distributes ATS Products in North America.

The Issue:
I had bought an ATS Final Gear Set and upon installation, discovered that the ring gear was the incorrect size. It would not even fit onto my differential. I believe that my kit had come packaged with the ring gear for a B16, not the correct B18C gear. With Expo right around the corner, my first thought was "Dammit! there is no way that I will get this resolved in time for Expo!!" But after a phone call and a follow up email with some photos of the incorrect gear, Carbonetic/Across USA told me to ship the kit back to them (using their UPS account) and promptly OVER-NIGHTED me the correct kit. Of course, any upstanding company would take responsibility for an error in packaging, but I was very impressed with the speed and ease that Carbonetic/Across resolved this issue.

Big Thumbs Up to them

i went with the normal 4.9 final drive (it is the same old ATS product that has been around for years). i assume that their products are all of the same ATS ones, just packaged with a different name (although the box still said ATS on it)

It is always good to hear good reviews on companies. Too often we only hear the bad news. Glad it all worked out!
