Molded lip on front bumper....how could i remove it?
I bought a really cheap civic front bumper
but got this lip that is molded onto it.....
I am wondering how could I remove it and not go through cutting the crap out of it...
I was thinking blow torch and heat it up....
any suggestions?

Sand down the area where the lip meets the bumper and post some pictures. It really depends on how the lip was attached. It was probably just fiberglassed on there which means you might be able to just break it off of there, but no one can say for sure until we see pictures.
*edit* stay away from it with that blow torch idea. Heat is going to warp your bumper and unless it is held on there with glue or something, heat won't do anything. Fiberglass and body filler are heat cured so that won't affect them.

LOL, that's actually what I was going to suggest. Probably a lot easier and cheaper to just get a new bumper than to go through the trouble of repairing your existing bumper.
