Default Clicking Noise

well heres the deal a 2 weeks ago i noticed my car giving off a clicking noise everytime the throttle was hit. so i ripped the head apart and noticed the valves were loose as hell. so i got them tighten so everything was fine a dandy untill i recently had a run, and after the run i noticed the clicking noise was back. now i was told its from downshifting and the rpms rising too high but that couldnt be cause i didnt downshift at all after the run i put in neutral and let it roll, then another person said its cause the engine has no oil, but i checked and it has plenty of oil. so i'm lost right now and dont want to risk blowing this motor so guys help me out here

Default Re: Clicking Noise (j-r_rida)

Could be a spun main or rod bearing possibly a bad CV joint in the axle

there are many things this could be

check you fluid levels and refrain from driving you car until a thorough inspection has been done visually inspect the boot to see if its not the axle.

Hopefully you wont be doing a rebuild like me

CRVTEC will be the result
