and NOPI/NHRA will be at VMP in Richmond, VA the same weekend, so that will take a lot of people away unfortunately

 

hopefully i have my done but if not i'll still be there

 

crap didnt realize that it was that weekend. well hopefully everyone in the area does go and conducts themselves in a civil manner. it would suck to see any sport compact events fall off the etown schedule.

will this event have heads up racing? if so, what class' will there be?

 

i usually make Honda day but i will be at NOPI VA that weekend...if they want to get more racers out they need to race the payouts.I mean cmon $100 for 1st place for a heads up class...that just aint right..lol

 

This is event is a joke. 12 cars stolen last year, payouts suck and NOPI VA same weekend.

Yes that is a fact. I'm surprised you didn't hear about. They're were sooo many threads on here about it and I personally knew a few cars. At NOPI I noticed that there was somebody at every exit/entrance checking peoples ignition systems. Next day I heard that a Si was stolen. Just can never get a break in NJ.

damn that sucks i didnt realize it was that many. but lets be real its not a problem exclusive to the track. that can happen anywhere the mall, 7-11, youre own driveway etc. that wouldnt stop me from enjoying the event, if i was spectating and that worried about it i would just bring a different car. i remember years ago it was mustangs and grand nationals that were getting bagged in bulk in the police briefs but that didnt stop them from coming.

disaster?? it was sold out last year with great racing. if you dont like it than go to atco raceway. To me there is no disasters in honda racing just disastrous people

 

my friends ITR was stolen at last years event. he was careless for leaving it outside the pits but regardless it was gone. they charge you $$$ to get in but provide hardly any security in the pits and parking lots. THEY KNOW whats up but dont FIX IT.

thats what im trying to figure out.I emailed etwon but no reply.Im guessing its going to be like import survival series format but you will need a muffler because it is on a sturday.
