do anyone have a pic of where the clutch cable comes through the firewall on a 89 crx? I am doing the auto 2 manual swap and want to make sure I am right.

 

You can actually drill the hole wherever you like. Just make sure you don't have a lot of slack, and the cable housing isn't kinked anywhere.

 

There should already be a hole in the firewall with a plastic clip in it, there was in my auto EF.

I also had the hole already in place when I did my auto-manual. Check just behind the left strut tower. Should be right behind the harness connections.

 

I didn't find any hole behind the connectors. Thats why I was lookin for a pic of its location

 

Strange...Crx may be different. Im not sure why.

 

comes out right beside the brake booster - this is it at the bottom of the picture

 

most 90-91 hatches have it plugged.
