Default Moroso oil pan leaking on turbo motor.

I have a turbo Ls/Vtec, and i have the Moroso stock replacement oil pan, with the return bung on it. The problem is that I can't get it to stop leaking. I have tried a new oil pan gasket, and the I tried hondabond on a new gasket , then I went to RTV alone, and now I am stuck.

So you guy know of any trick that would get it to stop leaking.

if it's leaking, it's possibly warped or you're just not tightening it enough, or not letting the rtv cure before adding oil.

Did you make sure the two metal washers were removed on your oil pump studs before you put the new oil pan gasket on? The oil pan gasket has two metal washers inside it that you can not see. Chances are you double stacked them causing it to leak.

Did you torque the bolts to spec in the proper sequence? The moroso aluminum pans warp real easy.

well I mean other than the obvious improper torque specs and warped gasket ...you might be having a blow by issue and the built up pressure is squeezing its way out your seals..

yeah I've been through all the possible things, I tightened it in the proper sequence, and torque spec, I removed the washers from the old gasket, and I let the RTV cure for about 20 mins before installing then I let it set beofre final torquing it down.

Yea, just throw on a stock pan, have someone weld it for the oil return. And you shouldn't have anymore leaks.
