Default lug nuts

hey, the lug nuts on my wheel are not coming off and i didnt wanna apply too much pressure or it might break. what should i do. and i wasnt the one who put them on, the previous owner put them on waaay too tight i guess. anyone sugestions??

got a torque wrench? apply some pressure and each time add say 10foot pounds

use a 4 way or a impact that way your not applying uneven tension and just do the damn thing, they gotta come off one way or another whether they break or not, just don't leave yourself stranded make sure you have time and money to fix if need be.
