Default HELP...car wont start (not your basic issue)

i have a ls/vtec (p30's, gsr head, pro1 cams), with 50mm twm itb's, running on neptuneRTP. the motor has 1k miles on it, and i have had it running about 4 times in the past two days.

tonight i had the itb's off to adjust some stuff and change the intake manifold, and did the following
1. changed gasket
2. removed/reinstalled itb's
3. unplugged and reconnected the injector wires
4. moved the ecu harness around and mounted the ecu back to its proper mount

i went to start the car after and it fired on the 2nd try. but sounded a little rough, almost like it was on 3 cylinders so i shut it off. and now it will not start. it cranks and just wont fire.

so heres what ive checked so far.
1. i have fuel pressure at the rail (via gauge)
2. i have spark
3. injectors are plugged in correctly
4. no blown fuses

does anyone have any freaking clue what is going on? im supposed to go get tuned on friday

i only have one cel which is #10 for the IAT, because its not wired in yet. i feel like my ecu is shot for some reason/somehow. but i feel like it wouldnt be cranking or anything? has anyone seen an rtp board die or anything?

im at a huge loss here...please help!

I'd say, check your ground wires around engine bay (thermostat housing and transmission to chassis especially). Check your harness connections, especially at the dizzy and at the ecu or anywhere you may have had it disconnected. Lots of times it's something simple that you missed. Good luck.

If you are not throwing a solid CEL, the RTP and program are still intact.

Can you hook up and get a datalog of it?

i figured as much. i connected and tried to look at the codes but i dont really know my way around the program that well yet, but it did connect just fine. d-rob mentioned re-loading the calibration? wondering if he meant the maps? in which case i dont have a copy save...i never bothered to back it up on my comp.

How does the TPS work with ITBs? My sensor used to always disconnect on its own and would do the same thing. . .

I know its a long shot, but a ripped/cut spark plug wire may cause it to run horrible, Maybe the connection to the plugs or dizzy are crimped at the ends?
Wrong firing order on the wires?

the itbs have a built in tps that you wire a plug for onto the stock wiring. In planning to cut and re solder the wires in the morning just to make sure. Thats the one group of wires that are most likely hurt since I initially forgot to unplug it, but my dad does wiring for a living and said they look fine...obviously need to rule it out tho.

The firing order hast been touched. All the wires were arcing when grounding them.

My friends got a hatch with a LS/VTEC and this same thing happened to him. We put a catch can on the car and he started it up, drove a mile down the road and the car cut out and we couldn't get it to start. After about 15 min it started but was idiling terrible, so we brought it home and checked all the oil lines that we were just messing with and everything was fine. We also checked oil press, feul press, vacuum and everything else but the car wouldn't start again. We pulled out one of the spark plugs and you could see gas on top of the piston and the plugs were fouled. After a set of new plugs and an oil change it started fine and has been running fine since. Hope this helps, good luck.
