93 accord ex, gass in tank ? is it normal
at gas station when i go to refill gass . when i open the tank cover thr is like gass in it .. is it normal and safe ? thr is kinda lock when i open the gass place and the gass pipe opens it when i put it to fill up and then close when i take it back. is it normal /?

and i just want to know that
when i put my car from park to drive d4 and im pressing the brake that time (it gives me jurk like car wants to move) is it normal ?
