Hey you guys, first of all, im new to hondas. im a big mustang guy. that being said, i have no clue whats going on with the car.

I recently was givin this car. pretty cherry, but the interior needs to be put back in. i got to the point of it running and the dash back in. but i encountered a 4ws light on. i managed to pull the code which is code 33. i have found the shop manual for the car and it says to try a couple of things.. like spining the wheels to see if the speed sensors work. they do, and they show like 2.5 volts.

now when the car has been disconnected from the battery it light goes off, but when i fire it up and turn it left then right the light comes on. im wondering if its just because the car hasnt moved?

any help would be greatly appreciated. this is a major dent in my plans to put it back together.
