I dont really know how to explain but it feels like something is clog while driving and when i step on gas goes back to normal feels slower too. "bogging i think" feels likes a leaking/cracked spark plug wire lack of power also throwing code9 and code 10

I recently replace my thermostat for my temp issue and added a ground wire at the valve cover(was missing when i bought the car)
