Anyone know the replacement part# for this or if other years of honda locks will work? Someone really messed mine up with a screwdriver.

Call Honda that keys sets are not that expensive.

 

Buy a used drivers doorhanle or a lock cylinders on rockauto and take it to a locksmith. They can re-key it to fit your original key.

But to answer your question, the part# is 72146-SH3-023 and is discontinued.

 

Pretty sure any 88-91 Civic lock cylinder will work, but you may want to check me on that. I had the same thing happen to me...the good news is that the guy probably didn't damage the cylinder or tumblers...just the little sheet-metal door / flap that closes when you pull the key out. If you have a local junk yard, go pull a lock cylinder from an 88-91 Civic and you can pull the wafer tumblers out of your damaged cylinder and put them in the new one. The wafers each have a number on them (1 through 4 I think?)...just make sure you put them in the correct order. when you swap them over.

and you can fix this yourself
