I've got a B16A3 (del sol vtec motor). I plan to get ITR cams and then boost down the road. I would tune with Hondata.

My question is, which would be more beneficial:

1) Adjustable cam gears to advance / retard the timing?

OR

2) Upgraded valve springs to rev to 8.6k
